Our policy
Jadeofalltrades respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. We respond to valid notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Submitting a takedown notice
Send notices to Jade.rhedrick@thejadeofalltrades.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Your notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or specific location of the material on our site.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in your federal district.
Repeat infringers
Accounts and contributors who repeatedly infringe the rights of others may be removed from our community spaces.
